Do you perform marriages?
I do not at this time.

Although it is legal for a notary to perform marriages due to the change in the law Public Chapter No. 255 of the 112 ^th General Assembly the language allows notary publics to perform marriages. There are no additional provisions to regulate how Notaries perform marriages, but they must follow the rules required of all officiants. Effective April 28, 2021.
Do you Metal Emboss documents?
No, Tennesse does not allow this feature
Can a Tennessee notary notarize in another state?
Yes, a notary public can legally notarize documents from any state as long as the notarial act occurs in the state in which they were commissioned. Meaning if someone from Kentucky or Arkansas is visiting Tennessee, I can notarize it here during your visit.
